At Happy Crumbs, all our products (cookies, brownies, cakes, and baked items) are freshly prepared and perishable.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product at the time of delivery
- Quality issue reported within 24 hours of delivery
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images of the product.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as all items are freshly prepared.
